Workouts 2/9- 2/14

Monday 2/9: Ran 51 minutes at an easy pace.
Tuesday 2/10: Biked 50 minutes and did 90 pushups (1 set 40, 1 set 50)
Wednesday 2/11: Ran 48 minutes with Ashley.
Thursday 2/12: Ran 45 minutes pushing Asher in the stroller. Did full-body weight workout
Friday 2/13: Biked 52 minutes--16 miles--downstairs on the stationary.
Saturday 2/14: Woke up at 3:45 am and did speed work on the treadmill: 14 minute warm-up jog, 1 and 2 minute intervals with 1 minute rests at 9-10mph pace for 25 minutes. 5 minute cool-down jog. Did about 70 push-ups. I had to leave at 5:30 for Memphis to go to a funeral. I slept like a baby Saturday night. Still have this nasty cough. I think I'm going to go to the Dr. on Monday. 3 weeks and I'm only feeling worse.
